Senior Dance

Our senior fitness classes are designed to promote strength, posture, and flexibility through gentle and controlled exercises tailored to older adults. Using supportive techniques and low-impact movements, participants will improve balance, coordination, and overall mobility at a relaxed pace. Perfect for those looking to stay active and build confidence, these classes combine light strengthening, stretching, and functional movement in a welcoming environment. No prior fitness experience is needed!
