FAQs

How do I register for classes?

Registering for our camps or classes is a breeze! Simply click on the “Enroll Now” button to explore our schedule of offerings. Once you’ve found the perfect class for your child, click “Sign Up” located just to the left of the class name. A pop-up will appear summarizing your selection. Next, you’ll need to create an account with us by following the prompts to add your name, contact information, and your child’s name. Once your account is set up, you’ll be directed back to our site to complete the checkout process.

How can I find out when my dancer's class schedule?

To access your dancer’s class schedule or update your account details, just log in to our client portal. Simply click “Login” and use the same credentials you used when creating your account.

What should my dancer wear to class?

Dancers are expected to come to class in the uniform specific to the class they are taking.

You can find uniform information for your dancer on their class page on the parent portal. Generally this means athletic clothing your child is comfortable moving in, but please refer to the class description for specifics. In addition to their uniform, hair should be pulled back out of the face. No necklaces, bracelets or dangling earrings should be worn to class.

Is there a registration fee?

We charge a one-time registration fee of $50 for every student signing up for classes that meet from August through May. Only one registration fee will be charged per student regardless of the number of classes taken.

Am I able to watch my dancer in class?

To avoid distractions, parents and caregivers are not allowed to observe classes. To give you the chance to see your child in action, we offer one observation week per semester as well as an end of year recital.

Can my child start mid-way through the year?

Enrollment is open as long as there is space in the class. Once classes begin working on their recital dances and the costumes are ordered, enrollment is closed. Please reach out to us at info@brookhavendance.com if your dancer would like to register midway through the year.
